Now, before I get into all of that I want to share a quick update with you on everything.

Right now, I'm in Palm Springs, California with my 9-year-old, Caleb.

We rented an expensive Air BNB and have been hanging out at the pool all-day while BBQ'ing steaks.

To say that I'm a lucky guy is an absolute understatement.

Today we are planning on going to our next Air BNB where we will meet his mom and we're getting our own hot spring, I will make sure to update you with pictures!

Alright, with that out of the way, let's get into how you can start making money blogging.

Making Money From Your Blog is EASY!

There are a TON of ways to make money online right now.

So many ways that it can actually feel seriously overwhelming when you're starting out.

Here’s what I recommend:

Choose one thing that you want to do well (like blogging) and stick to it.

The cool thing about blogs is that you can repurpose your content into a ton of different channels, which we will cover a bit later in this post.

Step 1. Keyword Research For Your Blog Post

In order to get started making money with your blog, you’ll want to find some good keywords that people are searching for on Google.

If you're new and have no idea what a keyword is, essentially keywords are what people are typing in to find different products or services listed on Google search.

Our Shine Ranker tool actually allows you to see how many people are searching for different topics per month and recommends keywords that you might not have known people are searching for.

You may be wondering, "what makes a keyword good?"

A good keyword is something that hasn't really been answered well or well enough yet.

Think about this:

If you Google the word, "cats" you'll see a TON of websites and companies ranking for that keyword on Google.

In order to show up for a keyword like, “cats”, you'd have to have a better post than the millions of other websites competing for this phrase.

Instead, it's much easier to go for keywords that nobody is really competing for!

Yes, the search volume is less, but if the traffic adds up fast.

Going for easy keywords means that you can start creating content that either answers the keyword first or answers it better than anyone else.

In order to find keywords, you can use the Shine Ranker keyword research tool to find keywords that are EASY difficulty meaning that there is little to no competition for the keywords you're looking to get traffic from with your content.

All you have to do is type is the main keyword, Shine Ranker will give you a list of keywords that it suggests, then click on check difficulty to find the easy keywords.

Step 2. Give Your Readers What They Want

When it comes to driving traffic and making money from blogging, you have two choices:

1. Write content and pray that your post ranks.

2. Use the Shine Ranker content editor that tells you everything you need to include in your content to show up #1 Google.

In order to be BETTER than your competition, you need to first figure out the averages that you’ll need to hit to beat them.

Back in the day, I would manually go through each website that was ranking on Google and see how many words each of the posts had that we showing up.

I would also look at the number of images, headings, and even what types of words they were mentioning the most so I could try to beat all of those averages in my blog post.

Fortunately now, we have tools that will do all of that for you.

The Shine Ranker Content editor allows you to type in a keyword and the tool will crawl the top 10 pages ranking on Google for that keyword, then tells you what averages you need to hit in order to rank and make money blogging.

Pretty cool right?

Step 3. Monetize Your Blog Posts

Once you start receiving some traffic, making money with your blog is SUPER easy.

There are a TON of different ways to make money with your blog but I'll share with you how I recommend you start if you want the most bang for your buck.

Personally, I like to push affiliate programs for tools that I can make money off of recurring subscriptions.

What is an Affiliate Program?

An affiliate program is something that allows you to promote other people's products or services while you get a cut of the profit.

For example, back when I began talking about using AI robots to write your blog posts for you, I recommend people to use a tool called Jasper that essentially does just that.

Anytime someone clicked on Jasper to check it out and try it, I made money whenever they decided to sign up for their tool.

You may be thinking, "but I don't use any tools that allow me to do affiliate marketing!"

The cool thing is that our tool, Shine Ranker actually has an affiliate program and you get paid 30% recurring every month when someone decides to try out the tool through your link.

All you have to do is head here and sign up: https://shineranker.firstpromoter.com/

Step 4. Repurpose Your Blog Post Content

Most people skip this step because they don't realize that their blog post can be turned into a TON of other forms of content.

When you create a blog post for your readers, some of them may actually prefer to watch that same exact post as a video instead.

Some of your readers may prefer to listen to your content in the form of a podcast.

Whatever the case, it's important that you attempt you reach your audience wherever they are consuming content.

Now I'm not going to go into deep detail about the exact workflow you should use to take a blog post then turn it into a video then into a podcast, etc.

However, I will attempt to give you a general outline.

  • Find a Keyword

  • Write a Blog Post

  • Create a Youtube video

  • Turn Youtube video into three shorts videos for TikTok, Instagram, and Youtube Shorts

  • Turn Youtube video into a MP3 Podcast

You can take this even further and extract quotes and turn them into pictures that you post but I'm not even there yet myself because it does take time to automate everything.

Step 5. Automate Your Money Making Blog Posts

Obviously, if you were to do all of this yourself it would take a VERY long time.

That's why I recommend you use a combination of Shine Ranker and Virtual Assistants to help you do the job.

With Shine Ranker, any keyword that you want to target, you can actually track in your dashboard and then outsource to virtual assistants.

All you have to do is assign the keywords you want content written for and create a sharable link within the dashboard, your assistants can do the rest.

What is a Virtual Assistant?

A virtual assistant is someone that can help you with the tasks that you need to be delegated.

For example, the outline I gave you above to automate your blog posts, most of my VA's take care of.

I may elaborate on this more in the future but for now, that's what I got.

Step 6. Start Collecting Emails

Whatever you do, make sure you have some way to collect emails when you begin blogging.

The reason why this is so important is that most of your traffic is going to hit your blog post once and you will NEVER see them again.

I recommend using a tool like Convert Kit to add some sort of email sign-up to your posts.

If you're talking about Shine Ranker and how people should use it, make sure you have them enter their email first THEN redirect them to the tool.

In Conclusion

If you want to begin making money from your blog, this is the FASTEST way I know-how.

While there are certainly a ton of different ways to do this, I can tell you with certainty that if you stick to it, you will eventually be able to make a ton of money as long as you stick to it.

Until I see you next time,

Happy SEO'ing!
