Below you will find videos going through each section of this roadmap template.
Before you go through the different videos, please watch the main tutorial here, and read the important highlights and notes written by a student of mine.

This should, in turn, help you generate more traffic as you continuously correct/improve your sites on-page SEO.
Software: Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Sitebulb are the software we use to get all of the data that we need for the site.
Screaming Frog Steps: After opening Screaming Frog, set up API access to analytics and search console.
Plug your website into Screaming Frog.
Once analytics and search console are authenticated, select the website from the dropdown that you want to crawl. In Ahrefs, find keywords based on your websites’ domain authority and page authority ranges.
Enter the DA and PA numbers as filters to find the best keyword opportunities.
Tab 1: Template header Your customer’s info will go here. Include details like their industry, content management system used, date another audit, if screen recording for video is included, etc. Use OBS for screen recording.
Section 2: competitive research and statistics Straightforward. Fill in each line item as required.
Section 3: Technical Checklist For Website Basics Enter ‘x’ or ‘z’ if any of the line items are relevant (cell color will change to either red or green). The next column is to mark if you’ve fixed the previously marked issue or not.
Section 4: Sitebulb identifies different issues with the audit. Chase will provide details about this step.
Section 5: Conversion Rate Optimization Straightforward. Fill in each line item as required.
Section 6: indexation Straightforward. Fill in each line item as required.
Tab 2: Screaming Frog Crawl: Paste crawl data into this tab and you will see what needs your attention (red) and what is already good (green).
Tab 3: Benchmarking tab: Get the following details from the screaming frog tab and paste data into the relevant columns: “• Page URL’s • # of clicks • Go to google search console and enter any page and you’ll see which keywords are getting the most impressions and clicks • Download CSV, copy all queries, enter them into Ahrefs in keyword explorer.
This will tell you which keywords have the highest search rates and the keyword difficulty (KD) for each (Metrics tab in Ahrefs).
Remember to stay within the range of your DA and PA when deciding which keywords to choose.
Once your desired keyword is selected, paste it into the benchmark tab for the URL that you want it to be mapped with.
You can copy the other details if you want (DA, PA, etc). ”

Purple colors are for notes.
