Google Analytics Find Keywords Used (2019 Update)
If you’re curious about how to find keyword data in Google Analytics, you’ve come to the right place.
Today I’ll show you in a few easy steps how to see what pages you’re getting clicks on off of Google and how to view the keywords associated with them.
Step 1: Sign into Google Analytics
If you don’t have an account already, create one and add your website by following this video tutorial.
Step 2: Setup Google Search Console
Again, if you don’t know how to do this, watch the video above.
Step 3: Click into your website property on Google Analytics and head over to the little cog wheel that says, “admin settings.”
Step 4: Click into, “all products.”
Step 5: Click on, “Link Search Console.”
Step 6: Associate the website you’ve set up in Search Console with Google Analytics.
Step 7: Navigate to acquisition > search console > landing pages in Google Analytics
Note: you may have to way a few days for your data to populate.
Final step: you can now click into the different pages listed under landing pages and see what keywords they are ranking for!
